Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) finally ended their IPL title waiting to defeat Punjab Kings in the final at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Tuesday evening. While the feelings of the players and support staff were at the top of the moon after the historical feat, the name of a man – head analyst Freddy Wilde – became a theme because helped to form a strategy that helped change the fate of RCB.
Wild, who is also a journalist, co-authored a book, 'Cricket 2.0: Inside the T20 Revolution' in 2019. It was in the 12th chapter of this book, titled 'Whi CSK Vince and Whi RCB necklace', that they analyzed the faults of RCB.
