Top 3 bowlers of SRH to keep an eye on

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) The 2026 Indian Premier League (IPL) has one of the most featured batting squads, featuring swashbuckling stars like Abhishek Sharma, Travis Head, Ishan Kishan and Heinrich Klaasen.

So, it is no surprise that SRH's bowling has fallen a bit short. However, the Hyderabad team is coming into the new season with its dominant bowling attack from last season. These include some of the more experienced fast bowlers in the history of the tournament.

There is no point in being able to score 220+ when you don't have the bowling to defend those huge scores. So SRH's bowling unit has a huge role to play in the upcoming season.

Here are three SRH bowlers to keep an eye on in IPL 2026:

3. Pat Cummins (right-arm fast)

pat cummins'Availability in the 2026 IPL remains a big question mark, with the team declaring Ishan Kishan as their interim captain in the Australian's absence. The 32-year-old will be SRH's most important bowler once he returns from the sidelines. Cummins was SRH's leading wicket-taker in 2025, with 16 wickets in 14 matches at an economy rate close to 9.

However, the Australian captain has not played any T20 since the last IPL and will get little or no game time. However, as the tournament heads towards its conclusion, the new Cummins could be a dangerous addition to SRH's bowling unit. However, the 2016 champions have some good players to replace the right-arm pacer in the form of Sri Lankan Ishan Malinga and English seamer Brydon Carse.
