Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has got fans excited by specially praising the ongoing performance of Punjab Kings (PBKS). Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 So far.
Notably, PBKS have already won three games in the tournament so far, defeating strong teams like Chennai Super Kings, Gujarat Titans and Sunrisers Hyderabad. They are currently second in the IPL 2026 points table behind Rajasthan Royals, who are on top with four wins in as many games. Salman has been quite impressed with the performance of the franchise co-owned by Preity Zinta, and he has taken cognizance of it.
“Well done Zinta, congratulations Zinta, the team is playing well… @realpreityzinta,” Salman wrote in his post on X (formerly known as Twitter).

Let us tell you that, this is not the first time that Salman has praised the Punjab based franchise. In 2014, Salman had asked netizens whether Kings XI Punjab (now renamed Punjab Kings) had won the final against Kolkata Knight Riders that year.
