It was a magical night for young and rising fast bowler Prafulla Hinge from Vidarbha, Maharashtra. Making his debut in the Indian Premier League (IPL) Sunrisers Hyderabad, He destroyed Rajasthan Royals by taking three wickets in the sensational first over and the outcome of the match was almost decided there.
On the very first ball of the innings, he took the valuable wicket of Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who was in excellent form in this game. Hinge later also took the wickets of in-form Dhruv Jurel and Luan-Dre Pretorius and became the first bowler in IPL history to take three wickets in the opening over.
After Prafulla's brilliant performance, his proud parents were very happy with their son's heroics in the IPL. The fast bowler's father Prakash Hinge expressed his immediate thoughts.
“I can't express it in words. Because, today he broke the record by taking 3 wickets in his very first over and proved his worth. I am also a fast bowler,” said Prafulla's father in a conversation with NECO Master Blaster.
He thanked the 2016 IPL champions, especially SRH's bowling coach, for giving Prafulla the opportunity to prove himself in India's premier T20 league. Varun Aaron.
He further added, “And today the Sunrisers Hyderabad team has given him an opportunity. I want to thank the coach, captain and management of Sunrisers Hyderabad. Especially Varun Aaron sir, because he is their bowling coach.”
Prafulla's father was particularly satisfied with the way his son took the wicket of teenage prodigy Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who had recently dismissed batsmen like Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Josh Hazlewood and Jasprit Bumrah.
He concluded, “The way he bowled his first over and took the wicket of the explosive batsman Vaibhav Suryavanshi, it was a commendable performance. Because he was bowling at around 140 kmph. And I think he will perform like that in every match.”

The right-arm fast bowler was named player of the match for his impressive bowling figures of 4/34 in four overs.
SRH will now take on Chennai Super Kings on April 18 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.
