Next to the tournament, Jitesh played a game in Aloor (Bangalore) during the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy, while he was selected by the franchise only at the mega auction. Jitesh said that people recognized him in Aloor, only for his RCB connection, which has inspired the Vidarbha cricketer to perform well for the RCB.

Jitesh also mentioned the contribution Virat Kohli To his performance, he had done a conversation with the RCB icon batsman. The 31-year-old stumper-bitter opened on the suggestions received from Virat, which helped him change his mindset towards the game.
