Rajasthan Royals (RR) They will have the momentum when they take on Gujarat Titans (GT) in Qualifier 2 of the 2026 Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Maharaja Yadvendra Singh International Cricket Stadium, New Chandigarh on Friday, May 29.
Royals pulled off another Vaibhav Suryavanshi masterclass as they pulled off a spectacular win over Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Eliminator. The 15-year-old scored 97 runs at a strike rate of 334.48 and helped his team reach 243 runs in the first innings. The bowlers later helped them win the game by 47 runs, with Jofra Archer leading the attack by taking three wickets.
RR will be looking to reach their third IPL final. The Jaipur-based franchise last reached the showpiece game in 2022, when they lost to their opponents on Friday.

On the other hand, his opening partner Yashasvi Jaiswal has scored 426 runs this season, but his individual scores have declined in the last few matches. In his last six matches, the 24-year-old has scored just 120 runs at an average of 20.
