Mumbai Indians (MI) will look to end their losing streak in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 when they face Gujarat Titans (GT) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Monday, April 20.
The five-time champions currently find themselves at the bottom of the points table. They have won one game and lost four. Gujarat Titans, on the other hand, started with consecutive losses but came back strongly and registered three consecutive wins.
Mumbai Indians have a very strong squad, with plenty of stars and immense depth. However, they have not fired as a unit. Captain Hardik Pandya will have to instill confidence in his team and hope that the players put in a strong performance, which can help them turn things around.
Here is MI's strongest predicted XI vs GT, Match 30, IPL 2026:
Top order: Quinton de Kock (wk), Suryakumar Yadav, Naman Dheer

Quinton de Kock replaced Rohit Sharma in the last game and scored a brilliant century. He remained unbeaten after scoring 112 runs in 60 balls. He would like to play another strong innings on Monday. However, his compatriot, Ryan Rickelton could be dismissed after a hot and cold spell so far. This will allow Mumbai to field two foreign spinners. Naman Dheer or Suryakumar Yadav can open the batting with De Kock. While Suryakumar was out for a golden duck in the last game, Dheer scored a half-century.
