Royal Challengers Bangalore scored 12 runs on Mumbai Indians in 20 of the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League at Wankhed Stadium on Monday, 7 April.
RCB collected 221 with bat. Phil Salat was sent back to the pavilion after a pair of 60s (67 scoring 42 runs) and Rajat Patidar (32) from Virat Kohli. Trent Bault and Hardik Pandya secured two-wicket haws.
In response, the MI was completely out of the equation in half the way. From the 13th over, Hardik and Tilak Verma fought it out and made a brave attempt to get closer to the target as possible for the side of the house. However, both were rejected by Josh Hazelwood and Bhuvneshwar Kumar respectively. Krunal's final over was when he defended 19 runs and took three wickets, ending with four wickets in his name.

1. Trent Bault provoked Phil salt quickly
After being hit to a range on the first delivery of the game, Bowl returned brilliantly to get rid of salt. It was actually an excellent inswing delivery by the left -arm semen, for which salt did not respond.

Patidar may have taken nine delivery to register his first limit, but was not stopping him after being set at the crease. He preferred his opposition number a special, with four fours and maximum of two maximum from Hardik's bowling.

3. Hardik Pandya's fiery Blitz Mi keeps the chase alive
Hardik reached the crease with MI in all types of trouble at 99/4 at the end of 12 overs. Hardik, along with Tilak, gave MI a realistic opportunity to win. His first five balls of the innings, in which he fired Hazelwood for 20 runs, set a tone for him.

4. Joint effort by Phil Salat, Tim David Land describes MI's hopes
The second delivery of the final over of the game by Krunal made an excellent attempt in The Deep by Salt and Tim David. On a large scale with the bat of Deepak Char, Mawa traveled to a deep midwicket fence. The salt collected the ball on his head and immediately took him to David located inside the fence.
