Lucknow Super Giants have unveiled their new jersey ahead of the IPL 2026 season. With the upcoming edition expected to begin in late March after the conclusion of the T20 World Cup 2026, the Lucknow-based team has introduced a bold new look.
Departing from its previous all-blue color scheme, lsgThe new jersey features red and blue vertical stripes across the body with gold accents. The design is vibrant and modern, the sleeves and collar follow the striped pattern and are finished with a smooth crew neck. The newly unveiled logo of the franchise is located on the left side of the chest.
In a video shared on the team's official social media handle, captain Rishabh Pant, fast bowler Mohammed Shami and batsman Aiden Markram were seen wearing the new kits. Pant was shown placing his hand on the new logo, while Markram and Shami held the bat and ball respectively.

The launch of the jersey comes shortly after LSG introduced a redesigned logo. The new emblem brings together the three symbols of Garuda, crown and elephant, each representing values associated with Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh. The Garuda symbolizes courage and the fearless brand of cricket that the team hopes to play. The crown is a symbol of pride and responsibility, reminding players that wearing the jersey is an honor that must be earned every day. At the center of the logo is the elephant, which represents strength, wisdom, patience and unity.
Shashwat Goenka, owner of Lucknow Super Giants and vice-chairman of RPSG Group, described the new logo as emotional and a tribute to the love and faith shown by the people of Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh. After reaching the playoffs in their first seasons in 2022 and 2023, the franchise has had two disappointing campaigns. Last season under Pant's leadership, they finished seventh with six wins and eight losses and missed the playoffs for the second consecutive year. After finishing seventh for two consecutive seasons, the team will be looking to turn things around in IPL 2026.
