Suu Motu petition from Karnataka HC has taken strict action against the parties involved in the incident. Five police officers, including the Bengaluru Police Commissioner, were suspended. Similarly, the political secretary of Karnataka CM was relieved of his duty.
In this incident, the state government, KSCA and RCB have vowed to help with the encounter. RCB has established RCB cars to take care of additional injured people and help the families of the deceased. The Karnataka government has promised to ensure the treatment of the victims.
