Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will take on Gujarat Titans (GT) in Qualifier 1 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Tuesday, May 26.

RCB topped the table with nine wins and five losses in 14 matches. While the Titans also had the same win-loss record, their net run rate of 0.695 was lower than RCB's 0.783. Hence, the defending champion secured the top spot.

RCB and GT faced each other twice this season. Both the teams won their home matches easily. Both RCB and GT have some in-form batsmen as well as bowlers. However, in the spin-bowling department, Gujarat have a genuine match-winner Rashid Khan.
