In the 8th over of the match, at the third delivery, Pandya bowled a small and low ball in the pitch. Abhishek reached it to slap it through offside, which targeted the sweeper cover. However, Raj Bawa alleged, bent further, and took a sharp catch to dismiss the batsman. The wicket broke the growing partnership and Mumbai came as a very important success for Indians.
