Gujarat Titans (GT) captain Shubman Gill In IPL 2025, after his eliminator Clash, end rumors of rift with Hardik Pandya. Five -time champions, Mumbai Indians (MI) defeated GT in New Chandigarh on 30 May in an important knockout game.
After the video of the toss, there was speculation around the tension between Gill and Pandya, the exchange of an angry look with the two skipers was shown. The Chatter intensified when Pandya Gill's dismissal was seen to persuade with great enthusiasm, which was misunderstood as a disruption between them.
But, Gill rejected the rumors by posting a story on Instagram, saying, “Nothing, but love (you don't believe what you see on the Internet).” Pandya also replied through a story, saying, “Always, Shubu Baby,” ending the rumors.

Speaking about the match, Mi In the first innings, Rohit Sharma scored a total of 228 runs off 50 balls with the help of a steller 81. Johnny Bairstow, Hardik Pandya, Suryakumar Yadav and Tilak Verma contributed, which also strengthened MI's innings. For GT, Prasad Krishna and Sai Kishore took two wickets in each.
In Chase, GT scored 208 runs, while 20 runs were reduced. GT opener Sai Reformson scored 80 runs scoring 49 runs, while Washington Sundar scored 48 runs with 24 runs. Despite the attempt to end the middle order, the GT could not cross the line and knocked out of the tournament. In MI's bowling department, Trent Bault took two wickets under his name.
With the victory, Mi Qualifier 2 grew up, where he will face Punjab Kings (PBK) at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad on 1 June. The winner of that match will be taken to Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the IPL 2025 final on June 3 which will also be held in Ahmedabad.
