Gujarat Titans return home after playing two games on the road as they host Kolkata Knight Riders in Match 25 of the 2026 Indian Premier League.
The Titans started their campaign with two wins away from home. A nervous one-run win, which they pulled out from the jaws of defeat against Delhi Capitals, was followed by a stunning seven-wicket win against the Titans. Their big names, Shubman Gill and Jos Buttler scored runs in both games, while Rashid Khan and Prasidh Krishna dominated with the ball.
They will look to extend their winning streak when they return to the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad when they take on the struggling Knight Riders. They lost to Rajasthan Royals in the only match they played there, but they will be hoping to establish that record as well.

Sai Sudarshan and Shubman Gill were one of the most spectacular opening pairs in 2025. While the Tamil Nadu player is yet to hit the ground running, GT skipper Gill has gradually found form with two consecutive half-centuries in the last two matches. He could not play in the match against Royals due to injury but managed to score 39 runs in the first match against Punjab Kings. After the defeat in the T20 World Cup at the beginning of the year, Gill will be determined to erase all doubts with a fantastic season in the IPL.
One of the most promising developments for Titans has been the form of jos buttler. The England wicketkeeper has been one of the most prolific overseas batsmen of the IPL and after a disappointing T20 World Cup, is back to his aggressive best, with two 50-plus scores in the last two matches as he displays a whole range of devastating and innovative strokeplay.
