Host KKR Recently, approval from the Board of Cricket of India (BCCI) was requested to wear black armband during the ongoing struggle to pay tribute to the victims, who lost their lives in a recent cruel terrorist attack in the Banley in Banti in Indian -administered Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April 2025.
Despite the BCCI not issuing an official statement so far, it is believed that KKR wanted to take this moment to the victims and their families, who had to suffer due to the horrific act of excessive violence.
