Addressing the media at the pre-match press conference, Batter Karun Nair reflected, “This is about winning the moments in the game. We are actually doing well in most of the sports we have played, and sitting in a decent situation. But said, we need to go out of there and play with a lot of freedom.
He said, “We just had a break to reset. So we have time as a team to go back to things that we were doing well. It's at the right time,” he said.
When asked about the playoff qualifying scenario and plans for the upcoming matches, the 33 -year -old batsman said, “Every time we go there, we want to win. So we want to win and keep moving forward in the tournament. The matter (in the dressing room) will only do what we can do and what we can do.
Talking about his own form, 33-year-old said, “I think I am still batting well. It is about converting those 20 runs into a big score. This is the place where you can change the match for your team and sometimes it is sometimes impressive in scoring 15 or 20 runs.”
Delhi Capital will take Sunrisers Hyderabad in their next IPL 2025 match at Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium in Hyderabad on Monday.
