On 04 June, 11 people claimed and left several injured after a tragic stampede outside the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, an important letter has been revealed that the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) had sought the approval of the state government for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
