Rajasthan will remember the services of Royals (RR) Sandeep Sharma FOr remaining of IPL 2025. The right hand Paer fractured his finger during the RR's struggle against Gajrat Titans (GT) at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on 28 April, 28 April.
The incident occurred in the first innings when Sandeep tried to stop a shot from Shubman Gill while bowling GT Skipper. The team's physio went in the middle to investigate the 31 -year -old man. In a commendable show of patience and determination, Sandeep delivered eight more to end his magic of four overs.
The experienced speedster recalled Rajasthan's most recent struggle against Mumbai Indians (MI) in Jaipur on Thursday. The inaugural champion lost an encounter by 100 runs to become a second team to get out of the race in the playoffs after Chennai's Super Kings.
In the game against Mumbai, Sandeep was replaced by Akash Madhwal, who scored 39 runs in his four overs without taking wickets. Overall, Sandeep took nine wickets out of an average of 40.11 on an average and a strike rate of 24.33 this season. He scored runs at the economy rate of 9.89.
Mi end hopes to reach Rajasthan's playoffs
Rajasthan registered a victory against the Titans of Gujarat, behind the centenary of Vaibhav Suryavanshi's record-splitting centenary. The 14 -year -old took some famous international bowlers such as Rashid Khan, Mohammad Sirj and Ishant Sharma to the cleaner. However, the team could not build on that performance as they were excluded by MI in their following clash.
Rajasthan has managed only three wins and has lost eight out of 11 games which they have played so far. They can only finish with a maximum of 12 points, which will not be enough for qualification.
The remaining sports of RR are against Kolkata Knight Riders (May 4), Chennai Super Kings (May 12), and Punjab Kings (16 May). Meanwhile, RR's primary captain Sanju Samson remains on the bench, nursing a side strain injury, leading the Parag team.
