Former India cricketer Akash Chopra has given some valuable advice Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) Franchise in front of his struggle against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on 17 May. It is a win for KKR after his loss against CSK in the previous match before the IPL stopped for a week.
KKR still has two matches left, however, their merit hopes are hanging from a thread. On the other hand, RCB is in a commanding position as they are in second position in the points table, with eight wins in 11 matches. Bangalore -based franchisees need to win just another stability to secure their merit in the playoffs.
Chopra dissected the KKR squad and analyzed the players who could be included in the Shee. He also suggested that KKR would have to be cautious about his bowling combination keeping in mind the weather of Ghatav in Bengaluru.
“You will need another fast bowler. You can think of Anukul Roy as the left-arm spin works against these opposition batsmen, but I would not say think about him. Get another fast bowler because Chinnaswamy may have some help for the fast bowlers on the pitch that may have some help under the cover, and the bounce is also a little sponge.
