India's response to Pakistan has affected India's reaction in view of Operation Sindoor, Pahalgam terror attack Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025The said operation has closed several airports in northern India, including Chandigarh Airport, which has placed the domestic sports of Punjab Kings under suspicion. The Punjab Kings have two more games at the HPCA Stadium in Dharmasala, in which the Indians of Mumbai have been prepared to play there on 8 May with Delhi capitals.
According to BCCI sources, the Punjab Kings match against Mumbai Indians is set to move to Navi Mumbai. For the game against Delhi's capitals, it is most likely that it will be re -determined due to a sudden turn of incidents.
The Indians of Mumbai, who were determined to fly to Dharamasala through Chandigarh on 7 May, will not travel as per their flights. The franchise is waiting for instructions from BCCI as per a Cricbuzz report.
A BCCI source said, “The match between Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings shifted from Dharmashala to Mumbai, as the airport of Dharamshala was closed, and the match was scheduled on 11 May.”
The source said, “The match schedule between DC and PBKS is also in danger tomorrow as the BCCI realizes that the Dharamshala is near the border, and the board is in touch with the government and is waiting to get clearance for the match,” the source said.
