Corbin Bosch A legal notice has been issued by the Pakistan Cricket Board to violate a contractual obligation in relation to their participation in the upcoming edition of the Pakistan Super League. The South African all-rounder was originally chosen to represent Peshawar Zalmi in PSL 2025.
On 8 March, the 30 -year -old was drafted by Mumbai Indians as a replacement of Lisad Williams, which was excluded due to injury. As a result, Bosch withdrew his name from PSL.
A press release was spread by the Pakistan Cricket Board on the same issue. It was essentially a formal statement on the bosch, which was directed to explain their sudden exclusion from the administrative body from PSL, as failure to comply had serious consequences as a result of failure.
“The legal notice was served through his agent, and the player has been asked to justify his tasks of removing his professional and contractual commitments. The PCB management has also underlined the results of his departure from the league and expected his response within the stipulated time. PCB will not comment on the matter,”
Bosch last month portrayed South Africa in its Champions Trophy 2025 Warm-up game against Pakistan Shaheen last month. The final decision of the cricketer is yet to be seen. Incidentally, he was a part of the Mi Cape Town in the last SA20 season that concluded last month.

For unaffected, the upcoming season of PSL and the 18th installment of IPL is set to overlap in the months of April and May, later this year. While the IPL is scheduled to begin on 22 March, PSL will kickstart the proceedings on 11 April. However, both tournaments will conclude on Sunday, 25 May.
Bosch has played three international plays for South Africa – one Test and two Odis, 136 runs and took seven wickets.
