Talking about yesterday's clash, DC ended him IPL 2025 Campaign on a high note with a six -wicket win over PBKS at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Despite the disadvantage, PBK displayed a brilliant batting performance and posted a total of 206 in the first innings. PBKS captain Shreyas Iyer scored a solid 53 off 34 balls and was supported by Marcus Stoinis (16 runs 16), Josh England (32 to 12). For DC, Mustafizur Rahman took three important wickets in his four over spell.
While chasing, Sameer Rizvi led the innings with a blistering 58* from 58* off 25 balls. He was well supported by Karun Nair, who contributed to 44 of 27 delivery, helping DC to win a solid victory.
With this win, DC IPL finished fifth on the 2025 points table. PBK finished second with 17 points and will bounce back to his final league match against Mumbai Indians (MI) on 26 May. They will aim to secure a strong position in the playoffs.
