Sai Sudhrasan The last three sessions of the Indian Premier League (IPL) have impressed fans along with their adventures for the Gujarat Titans (GT). He is the second largest run-goldter for the 2022 champion, only behind the skipper Shubman Gill.
However, whatever has happened in the ongoing 18th edition of the league is the aggressive mentality of Southpo from Gate-Go. Correspondence admitted that it was slow to get off the blocks in IPL 2024. He said that he worked behind the scenes to change his mindset and attack cricket from the ball this season.
“Last year, in some innings, I was a little slow. The pitches we played were slightly different for others. And even the team's position was such that no great start. We kept losing wickets and I was not able to start well. I was slow to get off the block,” Indian Express.
“I realized that I would have to push myself more, a little more explosive. So I went home and worked on its mindset. As you said, I did not change anything with my batting, but just brought more clarity. I wanted to bring the explosive element very quickly in the innings. If I could do it later, I could have done it.
The talented young man said that after IPL 2024, he chose the Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) as the platform where he would bat with a more positive mentality, and did a miracle for him.
“The idea of being a little more positive in TNPL started. Even before the IPL of the last season, I remember how we should play next year and what I should do to take our batting forward. I had definitely ideas to add more elements in my batting. I wanted to see what it is for my game.
