IPL 2026: 'MS Dhoni has been my idol, I love his helicopter shot'

The 21-year-old batsman said, “I have always looked up to MS Dhoni because I was a keeper. I am a keeper. So I have grown up watching him, he plays helicopter shots. The 2011 World Cup always plays in my mind. I remember everything.”

Choudhary said that he wants to become a finisher like Dhoni as he considers the Chennai Super Kings legend as his idol.

“He has been my idol. I am also a finisher; I want to be like him and finish the game like him. So he is my idol,” the Rajasthan batsman said.

After Chaudhary and Avesh took byes, Lucknow finally won the match on the last ball. This was the second consecutive win for Rishabh Pant's team. However, the Knight Riders are still winless in IPL 2026 after four matches.
