Chetan Sakaria The upcoming version of the Indian Premier League has been planted by Kolkata Knight Riders as a replacement of Uman Malik. An unspecified injury has excluded Umran from the weather. Jammu and Kashmir Pesar was purchased by defending champions for INR 75 lakhs.
Interestingly, there was a part of Sakaria KKR Unit during his title winning campaign last year. However, he did not provide facilities in any side fixtures throughout the season. He was not part of the franchise's plans after the season, as it was released before the mega auction, which was held in November 2024. Even for INR 75 lakhs, Sakariya will probably take it as a golden opportunity to pursue its possibilities in the league.
The 27-year-old Left-Army Seemar has played 19 games in the Marki T20 League from 2021 to 2023. 14 out of 19 fixtures were played for Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2021. Subsequently, Sakariya portrayed Delhi's capitals in only five matches, facing three wickets.
IPL 2025 Saturday, is scheduled to begin on 22 March. The tournament opener KKR will see KKR taking Royal Challengers to Bangalore at the prestigious Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Talking about Sakaria's 20 -over career, he has taken 65 wickets in 46 matches, which is at a civilized economy rate of 7.69. He made his white-ball debut for India in July 2021, but has not donated the National Jersey since then.

Speaking about Umran, it has been an unfortunate for him for a year. After the success of IPL 2022, the right-arm speedster can play in only eight and later couples.
