Former Indian all-rounder R Ashwin And highlighted the difference between Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, the two generational pioneers of Indian cricket.
Ashwin talked about the differences between the two batsmen, highlighting the need for Kohli to stay center stage while batting and control the innings, while Rohit prefers to attack the bowlers right from the start with his flamboyant stroke game.
“Look, I think in many ways there are contradictory personalities. Virat loves to score runs. He wants to be center stage. He wants to do things a certain way. Whereas Rohit is a bit different, he likes to be much more flamboyant and take on the bowlers right from the start. I don't think he's going to change even a bit this season,” Ashwin said while speaking on JioHotstar.

Chasing 201, Kohli played the second innings when Devdutt Padikkal was attacking the SRH bowlers.
