Final list announced for IPL 2026 mini-auction, 350 players shortlisted


Indian Premier League (IPL) auction The player list for the 2026 season has been finalised, comprising a total of 350 players, who will be auctioned at the upcoming auction on Tuesday, December 16 at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi.

A total of 1390 players registered for the player auction, out of which 350 players were shortlisted; There are 240 Indian and 110 foreign recruitments. The pool includes 224 uncapped Indian players and 14 uncapped overseas players, adding significant depth and new talent to this year's auction roster.

Franchises will compete for a total of 77 available slots, with 31 spots reserved for overseas players.

The highest reserve price is Rs 2 crore, with 40 players choosing to enter the auction in this bracket.

The auction is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm UAE time (2:30 PM IST) on Tuesday.
