Lucknow Super Veteran (LSG) has been officially abolished IPL 2025 Playoff race after facing a six -wicket defeat to Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at Ekna Stadium in Lucknow on Monday, 19 May.

Michelle Marsh and Eden Markram gave Lucknow super veterans a correct start with the inaugural stand of 115 runs. Both batsmen appeared sublime from the beginning of the innings. Marsh started aggressively, killing Pat Cummins in the first time with four and six, who already hit Harsha Dabi below the ground. We knew that we had gaps to fill due to injuries. As a team we decided not to talk about it. But it became to close the gap. The way we planned auction, if we had a single bowling, the story would have been different. Sometimes things go in your way, sometimes they do not. We are proud of the way we played and will see positivity. We have a strong batting shelling. For the bowlers too, there were times when they were bowling in good areas. We were trying to make it the best. We knew that we are ten runs. We were good in the patch, but did not stop the game. [Rathi] The bowler Rathi has come out well. This is his first season. The way he bowled was good to see. Rathi is one of the positivity.
