Mumbai Indians start training at Wankhede Stadium before starting IPL 2025 again


The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 will return from May 17 after a week suspension, and some teams have already started preparing for their final remaining league games. One of the teams who have got back for training is Mumbai Indians (MI),

Hardik Pandya -led aspects are currently fourth on the numeral table with seven wins and have five defeats in 12 matches played by him. As seen in the latest video released by IPL on social media, the team is undergoing difficult training. The clip features some top MI players to practice and grind at the Wankhed Stadium.

Tilak Verma had glimpses and Rohit Sharma Batting at nets and star kiwi player Mitchell Santner, showing his revolutions while releasing the ball. Players look ready to exclude it in the last two important sports and keep the dream of the sixth title alive. The clip stars some other notable players Satyanarayana Raju, Robin Minz and Ashwani Kumar.

Mumbai Indians last two fixtures

The first stability will be against the Delhi Capital (DC) at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on 21 May after the resumption for the Mi franchise. The last time the two teams faced each other, on 13 April at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. MI won the last over thriller by a margin of 12 runs.

The final league game will be against Punjab Kings (PBK) at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on 26 May. This is officially a new base for the Punjab franchise as the locations of Dharamsala and Mohali have been rejected due to border issues. This will be the first time two franchises will face each other in this season.
