Mumbai Indians (MI) Sunrisers continue their victory by defeating Hyderabad (SRH) In Match 33 of IPL 2025 At Wankhed Stadium. The five -time champion claimed a four -wicket win after limiting SRH to only 162 runs. The effort of a collective team helped the Home Side to win their second consecutive win, making them ranked 7th in the table of points.
MI won the toss and chose to bowl first due to dew factor. SRH was never going, as the MI bowlers did not introduce anything. Except for the last three overs of the innings, there was a lack of intentions in the upcoming side and never threatened the domestic team. Abhishek Sharma and Heinrich Klassen scored 40 (28) and 37 (28) respectively. Finishing Touch from Annic Verma and Pat Cummins helped score SRH Post 162 runs on the board.
For MI, Will Jack was a bowlers' pick, claiming 2/14 in his 3 overs. Jasprit Bumrah, Trent Bault, and Hardik Pandya took one wicket each.
Chasing 163, MI got a good start from Rohit Sharma, who scored 26 (16). Ryan Ricelton added 31 (23), and Jack stepped with 36 (26). Suryakumar Yadav played his role by scoring 26 (15).
Tilak Verma chased and remained unbeaten on 21* (17), while Hardik Pandya provided a blistering finish with 21 (9). MI chased the target with four wickets and 11 balls in his hand. For SRH, Cummins bowled well, claiming 3/26 in his magic. While Ishaan Malinga took two wickets and Harshal Patel rejected Reclleton, it was not enough for SRH.
