In a high-octane clash at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi Capital (DC) launched Rajasthan Royals (RR) in a dramatic super over finish, both teams posted 188 in their 20-over innings.
Rajasthan Royals won the toss and opted for bowling first. DC opener Jake Fraser-Makegur failed once again. Abishek Porl (37 runs 37) as DC reached a strong position. The late fireworks came from Stabs (34* to 18) and Axer Patel (14 runs 14) as the capital ended at 188/5. Jofra Archer took two wickets.
In response, RR's chase began with confidence. Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 51 runs scoring 37 runs, while Sanju Samson was threatened before injury. Nitish Rana, with brisk knock, finally pasted the Shimron Hetmier's cool 15*, which helped RR in score levels at 188/4 after 20 overs.

With the match being tied, the super over saw Mitchell Starc with the ball, limiting RR to just 11/2 with high speed and yorker. In chasing, DC's KL Rahul and Stabs made their cold, finishing the game in just four balls. Rahul first hit a border, and Stubs won a sensational victory with the other.
