After putting a stunning show in the first two matches in Visakhapatnam, Delhi's capitals have been designed for their first distance game. IPL 2025 Against Chennai Super Kings, on Saturday, April 5, MA was set to take place at Chidambaram Stadium.
Speaking on the eve of the match, Kuldeep Yadav, a left -arm wrist spinner of Delhi Capital, said, “There are some quality players in his lineup in Chennai's Super Kings. My plan (against him) is simple, I want to choose wickets and keep things tight at the same time.”
He said, “Length is very important. I am focusing on which length to bowl. Also, turning the ball is my strength, and I want to continue doing so,” he said.
Delhi capitalsOpponents for the game, Chennai Super Kings have lost two and have won one in three matches so far. Kuldeep had a word of praise for his counterpart, Noor Ahmed, who is currently taking major wickets in the competition.
“Noor (Ahmed) is really bowling well, and is someone who is trying to learn from everyone. We had a chat about the bowling leg spin along with leg spin last night. He also has some good speed, so it is very difficult for a batsman to read him and especially when you play in Chennai, he said.
“I believe a wrist spinner, whether you bowl right or left hand, you have to adapt and you have to learn the skill of spinning the ball, and I have done this for years. Still, I can only see how I can improve,” he spoke about the characteristics of the wrist spinners.
The 30 -year -old took his 50th wicket for Delhi Capital in his previous outing. Speaking about his success and influence of mythological Shane Warne, Kuldeep said, “I have been watching all the videos of Shane Warne over the years, and it helped me learn a lot. Even when I was in the academy, I learn a lot from me.
