Marcus Stoinis praised his former Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) team partner Virat Kohli To be an inspiration for debutant cricketers worldwide.
The Australian all-rounder, who is plying his business for Punjab Kings (PBK) in the 2025 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), prepared Kohli to break into a star-staded Indian team at an early age and led to carrying him to a commendable heights.
“We have known each other for a long time. We have found a mutual friend in Perth, who knows him for a long time. So how this relationship started. But yes, it is a great career so far. It is definitely not finished,” Stoinis was called by India today.
“It seems that he is wearing some caps in his entire career in terms of youth coming to an Indian team during his career, which forced him to make his way at such a young age and showed himself such confidence to crack in such a good team and then led the team and then changed the entire culture of Indian cricket and inspired many young cricketers in India and around the world.
The star cricketer also highlighted Kohli's incredible fitness journey, reiterating that 36 -year -old is still one of the world's most qualified cricketers.
