BCCI Women Annual Contract - Shafali Verma maintained, Shreyanka Patil, Arundhati Reddy among new entry

Shafali Verma Despite being finally played for the national team in October, it finds a place in the annual retainers of BCCI for 2024-25. Shafali is placed in Grade B, which has a vendor of 3 million INR.

The BCCI has awarded 16 contracts in all out of the first 17 declared in April 2023. The contracts for the 2023–24 season were not made public.

Vastrakar continues to recover from a long -standing injury that excluded him from WPL 2025, while Rana has not played for the national team since 2023. The list recommended by the Women's Senior Selection Panel headed by Neetu David and head coach Amol Mujumdar is for a period of 12 months from 1 October 2024 to September 30, 2025.
