The Provincial Team Warriors located in GQeberha will not compete in the domestic one-day cup playoffs after scored to meet South Africa's (CSA) change goals.

The final ending team in the Division One falls automatically to the Division Two, and the tops of the tops are promoted.
Teams violating goals are necessary to appear without satisfactory explanation (such as injury) to appear in front of the CSA board. In this example, warriors were asked to submit their case for CSA's diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Commission and ESPNcricinfo understands that Warriors explained their team's selection based on “cricketing reasons”. The DEI then considered a proper approval, which was to do the points from the warriors and to award them to Dolphin.
The notification of the points deduction was reported to the teams on Sunday evening, three weeks after the incident and two days before the knockout. No reason has been given for the timeline and it appears that not everyone in CSA knew about changes in points. On Monday, CSA's own website said that Titans and Warriors had made the playoffs, while the dolphin missed, but the CSA's Stats team's points table confirmed the new posts and included this note: “Warriors were punished on February 16, all 5 digits were punished for their match against the dolphin, which is for a type of white. Dolphin was given 4 points for the match.
There is no appeal procedure for the restrictions made for missed goals, but ESPNCRICINFO has learned that warriors have sent a legal letter to CSA in an attempt to reverse the punishment. This is unlikely, dolphins are already advertising playoff matches in their home ground, and look at the time of small changes. In addition, Warriors, like all other teams, agreed to the administrative conditions of CSA at the beginning of the season, including the application of change goals. This has happened in every season as the target was re -introduced in 2013.
For domestic teams, CSA's change target requires them to field six players per glass, of which at least three should be black African. It is different for the target of the national team of six color players, including at least two black African players, which are calculated on average during a season, which gives them more flexibility. A similar perception was looted to domestic sides in 2018, but was rejected at the coach conference in favor of the more strictly applied goals for every game.
Many sources have told Espncricinfo that the process of obtaining exemption from CSA is relatively simple and efficient in case of injury. However, the warriors did not claim any injured player and explained that his selection was based on the strategy instead. Strategic swaps are not the proper basis to remember the change goals.
