“From a management point of view, over the years we have been stuck to our guns in terms of supporting our seamors. But I think we need to go and assure.”
Philander expanded over it, saying that the team may have to get away from playing with their strength to play the circumstances.
“This is not our first visit to the subcontinent,” he said. “There have been generations that have been here earlier. It is definitely time, from a leadership point of view, we start taking accountability, and for the coming generations, what is happening to make an effective tour to the subcontinent?
