Sri Lanka, India and South Africa are set to play a women’s ODI in Sri Lanka in April and May, SLC announced on Thursday. This Tri-series was originally not part of the Women’s Future Tour Program (FTP).
All seven matches of the series will be played by day, which will be played at R Premdasa Stadium in Colombo from 27 April to 11 May. Each team will play others twice – this will make four matches per team – play the final before the top two teams. The series will begin with host Sri Lanka in India.
This three-series will give three teams an additional time in India in October this year under the leadership of the ODI.
