Bangladesh team was taunting Pakistan's wicketkeeper-batsman mercilessly. Mohammad Rizwan During the ongoing second test in Sylhet. The incident occurred in the 72nd over of Pakistan's final innings when Rizwan was seen talking to the on-field umpire.
Although the stump mic failed to capture what was being discussed, it clearly caught the Bangladesh players mocking the wicketkeeper-batsman. The players accused Rizwan of overacting and sarcastically said that he should be fined 50 paise for this.
The players can be heard repeatedly saying on the stump mic, “For overacting, we will dock 50 paise. Everyone knows this. Now that he has scored 50, he has cemented his place in the team, so he is doing all this.”

Despite constant sniping, Rizwan remained composed and showed little reaction. After a brief discussion with the umpire, he calmly walked over to his batting partner Salman Ali Aga. The partnership of 134 runs for the sixth wicket between Rizwan and Agha had started frustrating the Bangladesh bowlers.
However, left-arm spinner Taijul Islam eventually made the breakthrough by beating Agha's defense with a sharp slider. An over later, Taijul struck again by dismissing Hasan Ali, swinging the momentum decisively back in Bangladesh's favour.
Rizwan, unbeaten on 75, remains Pakistan's last big hope in the second Test, with the visitors still trailing by 121 runs with just three wickets remaining. Pakistan have already lost the opening Test and are now on the brink of an embarrassing 0-2 series wipeout in Bangladesh.
Earlier in the day, fast bowler Nahid Rana impressed with 2 for 58 and troubled Pakistan's batsmen with his consistent pace. He gave Bangladesh the first success by dismissing Abdullah Fazal for six runs and took a wrong catch at gully on a short ball. Soon after, off-spinner Mehdi Hasan Miraz had Azan Awais LBW for 21, putting Bangladesh firmly in control.
Pakistan then bounced back through a steady 91-run partnership between captain Shan Masood and Babar Azam, who handled Naheed's pace well while keeping the scoreboard ticking. Their stand ended when Taijul forced Babar down the leg side for 47.
Saud Shakeel was then caught by another quick ball from Nahid, before Taijul dismissed Masood via short-leg catch, leaving Pakistan in deep trouble at 162/6. Although Rizwan and Aga briefly revived Pakistan's hopes with their crucial stands, Taijul's late double strike once again pushed Bangladesh closer to a second consecutive Test series win over Pakistan.
