The 2026 Indian Premier League (IPL) will return to the Eden Gardens after almost a month when Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) face off. Gujarat Titans (GT) in Match 60 of the competition on Saturday, 16 May.
GT come into the game on the back of five consecutive wins in the IPL, their most recent win being against Sunrisers Hyderabad in Ahmedabad, where they bowled out the 2016 champions for just 86 runs in the second innings.
When both the teams face each other on Saturday, the Titans will be eyeing a double whammy on KKR. Shubman Gill's side won by five wickets in the season opener against the three-time champions after chasing 181 with two balls to spare.
GT has one of the most stable playing XIs in the IPL this season and will not be making any major changes so late in the season.

Top order: Shubman Gill (C), Sai Sudarshan, Jos Buttler (WK)
GT will once again depend on their opening pair of Shubman Gill and Sai Sudarshan to provide a great start. Both have scored 467 and 501 runs respectively, Sudarshan is currently in third place in the race for the Orange Cap.
