Jofra Archer's tweets have been popular among cricket fans, especially since he started playing cricket at the highest level. On many occasions his old tweets have been seen matching the current situation. One such example occurred on Wednesday, April 8, when Delhi Capitals lost to Gujarat Titans by one run.
david miller Capitals' hopes remained intact while chasing a tough target of 211 runs at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. The team led by Axar Patel needed 13 runs in the last over. Shubman Gill handed the ball to Prasidh Krishna, who had the responsibility of giving his team the first win of the season.
Despite losing one wicket, Capitals managed to score 11 runs on the first four balls. With Miller well placed on strike, taking two runs off so many balls looked like a walk in the park. However, an error in judgment on the southpaw's part cost his team the loss.
Miller had a chance to level the score by taking a single on the fifth ball. However, he decided not to give strike to Kuldeep Yadav and backed himself to finish the match on the last ball. However, the move failed, as Krishna bowled a slower short ball which Miller failed to pull. Kuldeep ran towards the striker's end to take the bye, but Jos Buttler was quick behind the stumps and caught the wrist spinner just short of the crease with a straight hit.
Miller was disappointed after the Capitals lost the match by one run. Since that result, experts like Murali Karthik and Harbhajan Singh have slammed the 36-year-old for his decision not to take a single off the final ball.
Archer wrote in a tweet in 2013, “Miller gone mad? Cricket at 11:30.” After the match was over, this old tweet went viral on social media.
Miller crazy? Cricket at 11:30

The previous tweet contained a reference to David Miller and a late night cricket match, which came when South Africa lost by a narrow margin of one run against Pakistan in an ODI at Gkebarha, where Miller was on strike on the last ball, and was not able to take his team over the line.
